LIFTMASTER EHW pneumatic wire rope hoist

The LIFTMASTER EHW pneumatic wire rope hoist is a practical addition to the chain hoist range when small loads of up to 120 kg must be moved frequently.
All devices are equipped with a high-strength rope that rolls up neatly on an internal drum.

Two control types
The EHW types are hand-guided and have the adjustable control directly on the hoist body, so the operator has one hand free. Types EHW-R (“R” for remote control ) have a separate pushbutton control like conventional chain hoists, which also has an EMERGENCY STOP button in accordance with CE regulations.

Automatic brake
The devices all have a safe automatic brake that reliably holds the load in any position, even in the case of air failure.

More flexible
The device is primarily used on packing tables, for lifting barrels, bales, packages, over machine tools in swivel arms, etc. The device switches off automatically in the upper and lower hook position. An interesting feature is the combination with a compressed air suction lifter, whereby both devices can be supplied via a spiral hose. Because the cable does not need to be longer than the operator’s arm, the devices are only available with the standard lift. In the case of all devices, the air pressure can drop to 4 bar, whereby the speed is only reduced but the lifting power is maintained.
