A hoist cannot be selected solely on the basis of its capacity. Ease of operation, type of task, frequency of use, speed needed and fineness of control are important factors that must be taken into account.
The LIFTMASTER pneumatic chain hoist can generally be used wherever electric hoists are used. It is also particularly suitable for use in potentially explosive atmospheres and corrosive environments, as its motor is inherently spark-proof and extremely resistant to environmental influences. This means that cost-intensive protective measures are not even necessary.
Trouble-free operation
Overloading cannot harm the LIFTMASTER, as there is no overheating and no burn-out windings. To protect load-bearing structures and in accordance with CE machinery directives, adjustable overload cut-outs are provided for capacities of 1,000 kg and above, and are also available as an option for smaller devices.
Whether stop-start operation or in continuous operation: you can expect reliable performance. Compact and lightweight Small dimensions and a lightweight design make the LIFTMASTER ideal for low installation conditions.
Variable speed
Unlimited speed variation enables accurate and precise positioning of the load. Thanks to the direct connection with the shift rod, the node chain control is very sensitive to control.
Soft start and stop
The LIFTMASTER offers a high level of operating safety. Soft start reduces wear, as gentle operation of the air hoists leads to less vibration and a longer service life for the devices. Best economy thanks to low air consumption and low purchase price.
