With its reporting systems, TAROX AG supports us in complying with the requirements of the Whistleblower Protection Act. Our web-based reporting portal forms the centrepiece of the reporting options.
If there are indications of violations of laws or regulations, you have the opportunity to report them to us via our whistleblower portal "HSG-Guard".
It is essential for us that laws, internal guidelines and principles of behaviour are complied with, because we know that the key to corporate success is based on integrity, ethics and personal responsibility. Our aim is to always satisfy our customers and provide our employees with a working environment in which they are safe and feel comfortable.

Your information is subject to confidentiality and integrity in accordance with the statutory provisions. Every report is thoroughly checked, suspected cases are investigated and any offences are consistently followed up.

All reports must contain the following information in order to be processed:
1. indication of the company for which the report is intended
2. what has happened? Please describe the incident briefly but accurately
3. which persons were involved in the incident and how?
4. when did it happen? If possible, give an exact date and time
5. where did it happen? In addition to the address, it may also be helpful to specify a room, part of the building or the outside area
6. if you have evidence in the form of images, audio or video material, please also submit it with the report
7. voluntary: Please give us your contact details so that we can contact you if we have any queries and the result
